Description
Cimclean PC430-02 is a liquid medium-duty alkaline immersion and ultrasonic cleaner for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Cimclean PC430-02 combines good detergency with low operating temperatures. Cimclean PC430-02 will remove cutting oils, coolants, drawing /stamping lubricants, quenching oils and general shop dirt from steel, aluminium alloys and plastic.
Application
Cimclean PC430-02 is recommended for:
• Cleaning large or small metal parts after machining.
• Cleaning parts after heat treatment process.
• Removing in-process rust preventatives prior to painting or subsequent operations.
• Ultrasonic cleaning of small parts.
• Removing residual drawing/stamping lubricants after forming operations.
• Vibratory Cleaning.
• Removing residual mill and quench oils.
Application
