Cimplus T4005 is a water miscible, sulphur EP based, boron and formaldehyde free semi-synthetic type cutting fluid concentrate.
Application as cutting fluid
Cimplus T4005 is a cutting fluid developed for extreme heavy duty machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including many applications where straight cutting oils are used and machine design permits the use of water mixed products. Cimplus T4005 is designed for use in individual machines and central systems.
Application as performance enhancing additive
Cimplus T4005 can also be used in combination with Emulsions and high oil semi-synthetic prod-ucts. It improves the (EP) lubricity on ferrous materials like for example needed in deep hole drill-ing operations.
